
Chronic rhinosinusitis is a prevalent inflammatory condition of the nasal passages and paranasal sinuses, with and without nasal polyps representing distinct endotypes with different pathophysiology. Dupilumab and other IL-4/IL-13 antagonists have transformed the management of CRSwNP, significantly reducing polyp burden and surgery rates. Endoscopic sinus surgery and intranasal corticosteroids remain cornerstones for many patients.
