Lymphomas are the most common haematological malignancies, encompassing Hodgkin lymphoma and a diverse spectrum of non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Chemoimmunotherapy remains standard for many subtypes, while CAR-T cell therapy, bispecific antibodies, and novel targeted agents are reshaping options for relapsed/refractory disease. Cell-free DNA and liquid biopsy tools are advancing MRD monitoring and earlier relapse detection.
